There are the following types of soil water or moisture regime: Percolative or leaching or flushing – Water regime formed as a result of water evaporation from the soil, this amount being less than the amount of water precipitating in the soil profile; Non-percolative or non-leaching - Water regime formed as a result of water evaporation from the soil, this amount being greater than the amount of water precipitating in the soil profile; Periodically percolative – Water regime that in some years is formed as the percolative water regime and in other years as the nonpercolative water regime; Exudational – Water regime formed as a result of water evaporation from the soil which significantly exceeds the amount of water precipitating in the soil profile, etc
